1. Are all your items in stock?
All the items shown are available, either at our location or at the respective supplier's facility. However, it can happen that an item becomes sold out at any time.
2. What are the different accepted payment modes?
We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank trasfert on demand.
3. When will my credit card be debited?
Only available items are charged. Because of that, if you order many model cars some might be charged more quickly than others. Before the sending of the parcel, your credit card will be charged for the shipping if necessary.
4. How much are the shipping charges?
Every package's shipping fee is invoiced at 9 EUR (or more when the delivery is outside the EU) unless the value of the package is over 150 EUR. In that case, shipping is free. You can also benefit from this option if you place another order to complete your parcel.
5. When do you ship parcels?
As soon as 50% of your order is available, we will ask you if you prefer to receive your parcel quickly or wait for your order to be complete. If the value of the available items is over 150 EUR, the parcel will be automaticaly sended shipping cost free.
6. Do I have to pay for shipping charges if my order is over 150 EUR?
Shipping is free if we send you a parcel with a value of more than 150 EUR. This applies to the parcel's value, not your order's value.
7. Which shipping service do you use?
All our parcels are shipped registered priority mail by the Belgian Postal service. Your parcel would be delivered to you in exchange of your signature.
8. What is the shipping delivery time?
One week is the usual delivery time, starting from the day we send your parcel to the Postal service.However, it also may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's own Postal service.
9. What are the advantages of ordering a new release soon to be available?
You will pay less and you will be sure of getting it as soon as it is available. Moreover, your credit card will be charged only when the item will be available.
10. How will I know the status of my order?
We will notify you as soon as there is a change with the status of your order. You can also check your account with your e-mail address and password.
11. I would like to modify my order. How to proceed?
If you want to add or replace an item, you must make a new order with the wanted item. However, if you want to cancel an item, an e-mail is enough.
12. What should I do if I lost or can't remember my password?
You must ask for a new one, which will be given to you within an hour. Be careful, passwords are case-sensitive.
13. I don't want a paid and undelivered item yet, can I still get a refund?
In this case, it will cost you 5% of the item value because of the administrative cost. To avoid these fees, you can ask a voucher with a similar value of the unwanted item.
